OUR HISTORY
We continue to improve our clients return on their web service investment. Ellipse Group, Inc. and Kate Good, Founder of Net Mystery Shopper℠ (NMS), came to terms for the transfer of the website, reports and logo to Ellipse Group, Inc. Good and her father, Mike Hinton, founded NMS in 1999 to evaluate the successes of Internet leads supported by multifamily professionals. Hinton ran the company until he passed away in 2004. Since then, Good consulted with Ellipse Group, Inc. about opportunities for NMS. Finally, in November 2005, all parties agreed to allow Ellipse Group, Inc. to continue to build the vision of Good and Hinton and make NMS an official Ellipse Company. “I am pleased that Ellipse is assuming the services that Net Mystery Shopper℠ provides. Since the inception of this Internet shopping service, Ellipse has been the technical partner for NMS and knows the business intimately. This is a very natural fit for merging,” expressed Good.

OUR MISSION
NMS helps your executive team recognize your portfolio’s strengths and weaknesses in dealing with Internet leads. We provide Management Companies with Multi-family specific, Internet-based mystery shopping. Our nationally approved set of criteria is a measuring tool which reveals how onsite teams are making use of the marketing features contained in their property websites. Managers receive critical, valuable information evaluating leasing agents’ ability to convert a website inquiry into a potential resident.

OUR IMPROVEMENTS
Recently, NMS received enhancements and was reformatted so that it is more user friendly. Clients can now easily navigate around the control panel with more options and tools. A complete report summary was created to save space and display the information in a more efficient manner. New detailed reports were added for phone, Internet Listing Service (ILS) and website shops. Users can evaluate satisfactory or poor performances by reviewing specific questions. Our new reports display information in a more logical way and all can be customized to specific time frames. Management reports are delivered automatically with training plans and success tips within your Apartment Toolbox®. An added value to NMS and our suite of services is the complimentary one-time Ellipse follow-up shop. This occurs after training and implementation of an Ellipse website. The shop is accessible online through the NMS reports system. NMS offers multiple levels of service ranging from virtual shops to telephone shops and now even call center shops.
